- I bought something and did not get it
- Open the game, go to Store, and tap Restore purchases. That asks Apple directly what you own and re-applies it. Gem packs are consumable and are not restored — they are added to your balance when you buy them. If an unlock still does not appear, email me with the date of the purchase and I will sort it out.
- Does starting a new mall delete what I paid for?
- No. Start a new mall clears the building, your cash and the day counter. Your gems and every unlock you have purchased stay with you.
- Where is my progress stored?
- On your device, and nowhere else. There is no account and no cloud save, which means deleting the app deletes your mall. Purchases are the exception — those live with your Apple Account and come back with Restore purchases.
- I am getting a new phone
- An encrypted iPhone backup carries your mall across. A fresh install without one starts over, though your purchases restore.
- The game will not let me build somewhere
- A room needs walls all the way around it and at least one doorway onto a hallway before anyone will lease it. If a unit shows NO DOOR, that is what it is telling you. Walls draw in straight lines — the first edge you touch sets the direction for that drag.
- Something else
- Email me. It is a small game made by one person and I read everything.

Anchor Tenant does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.
What the app stores
Your mall — its layout, tenants, cash, gems and progress — is written to your device's local storage by the game itself. It never leaves your device. Deleting the app deletes it.
What the app sends
Nothing. The game makes no network requests. There is no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, no crash reporter, and no account system.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple's handling of that transaction is covered by Apple's own privacy policy.
Children
The app collects no data from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this ever changes — if a future version adds analytics, for example — this policy will be updated before that version ships, and the change will be described in the release notes.
